d. Malware and Viruses
You must not upload, download, or transmit any file that contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious code intended to harm the network or systems of INTRANETHOST LLC, its customers, or other users.
e. Denial of Service Attacks (DoS)
You must not attempt or participate in any denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks that disrupt the service or availability of INTRANETHOST LLC’s infrastructure or services.

b. Resource Limits
The use of excessive resources, which impacts the performance of the server or affects other customers, is not permitted. We reserve the right to place limits or charge additional fees if your usage exceeds the allocated resources under your hosting plan.
5. Content Hosting and Distribution
a. Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local, state, and federal laws, when using our hosting services. This includes the legal obligations related to content that you host, store, or transmit using our services.
b. Offensive Content
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or harm toward individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected category is prohibited. You are responsible for the content you host and its compliance with these standards.
6. Resource Abuse and Overuse
We prohibit actions that abuse our resources or those of other customers. This includes:
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining (also known as “cryptojacking”) on our servers or network is prohibited.
- Illegal Data Scraping: Using bots or other automated systems to scrape websites or extract data from servers without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive CPU Usage: Heavy processes that put a strain on our servers and degrade the experience for other users, such as running game servers, high-traffic websites, or apps without proper authorization, are not allowed.
7. Data Backup and Retention
While we provide backup services, we do not guarantee the retention of your data. It is your responsibility to maintain copies of all data stored on our systems. We are not liable for any loss of data due to system outages, software failures, or any other cause.
8. Account Termination and Suspension
